Scope
MAKESUPPLY LLC (“we” or “us”) provides the Fiber Laser Ignite website, including fiberlaserignite.com. This policy describes information handled in connection with this free course website and communications sent to us. It replaces the former paid-course privacy description for this site only.
Information you provide
The course website itself has no course registration, checkout, newsletter signup, comment form, or email gate for project downloads. If you email us, we receive your address, message, and any information you include. We use that information to respond, administer the website, and address legal or security matters. Downloading a file does not enroll you in a newsletter. Do not send sensitive information by email.
Technical information and hosting
When pages or files are requested, hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested URLs, timestamps, and referring pages to deliver content, operate the service, and protect it from misuse. Any hosting-platform sign-in or access controls are handled by that platform under its own policies; they are separate from course registration. Google Analytics 4 is planned for this site, as described below. It is not active until configured.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We plan to use GA4, provided by Google, to understand visits, traffic sources, page engagement, and interactions such as outbound clicks and file downloads, and to improve this site. Once configured, GA4 will load only if you allow analytics. It can process browser and device details, page URLs, referral information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers. Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information to GA4. This integration disables Google Signals and advertising personalization. Analytics retention and data-sharing settings are configured in the GA4 account; the final settings must be confirmed when tracking is activated.

YouTube videos
Course videos are embedded from YouTube. We load the embedded player only after you allow YouTube videos in Cookie settings. Once enabled, Google/YouTube may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies for playback, measurement, security, and advertising. Your Google account and privacy settings may affect this processing. We may receive aggregated video performance information through YouTube. Google’s own policies apply.
Fonts, images, and affiliate links
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts and currently loads some images from a Kajabi-hosted content delivery network. Those providers receive technical request information when your browser loads their resources. Kajabi is not used here for course enrollment, payment, or lesson access. Links to Amazon, LightBurn, and other outside services may include referral identifiers. If you follow an affiliate link, the destination or affiliate provider may use cookies or similar technology to attribute referrals and purchases. Its own privacy policy governs information you provide there; we do not receive your payment details through these links.
Cookies and your choices
Use Cookie settings in the footer to allow or reject analytics and YouTube embeds separately, or withdraw permission later. Optional services remain blocked until you allow them. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawal stops future loading but does not undo prior processing or delete cookies controlled by another domain. Use, disclosure, and retention
We use information we receive to respond to messages, operate and protect the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent email correspondence or mailing lists. Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting these functions, when legally required, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer. Correspondence is retained as needed for these purposes and applicable recordkeeping requirements; third-party providers determine retention for data they control. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where providers operate. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a supervisory authority. For information controlled by YouTube, a retailer, or another provider, use that provider’s privacy controls or contact process.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact hello@justinlaser.com so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
