FIBER LASER IGNITE
Terms and Conditions
Updated September 29, 2026
Agreement and scope
These terms govern the Fiber Laser Ignite website, including fiberlaserignite.com, and its content and resources, provided by MAKESUPPLY LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. The Course Agreement governs course participation, the Privacy Policy describes information practices, and the Website Disclaimer addresses educational content and recommendations.
Free access and outside purchases
The course and project downloads are free. This website does not sell course enrollment or process payments. Purchases of software, equipment, or materials through external links are transactions with the seller and subject to its prices, payment terms, delivery arrangements, and return policies. These terms do not retroactively change rights connected with a prior paid course purchase.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The website, videos, and course materials belong to the Company or their respective rights holders. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the website and use course materials as described in the Course Agreement. Do not sell, redistribute, republish, or otherwise exploit our content without written permission, except as permitted by applicable law or an express license. Sharing links to this site and the original videos is permitted. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. Report intellectual-property concerns to hello@justinlaser.com.
Acceptable use and security
Do not use the website to violate laws or others’ rights, commit fraud, harass or threaten others, distribute harmful software, send unlawful spam, or collect information about others unlawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer its software except where applicable law permits it.
Affiliate links, privacy, and third parties
We may earn commissions through affiliate links. Relevant disclosures appear near those links and in the Website Disclaimer. Third-party services, including YouTube and linked retailers, are subject to their own terms. We do not control their availability or conduct. See the Privacy Policy for details about technical information, third-party resources, and communications.
Availability, changes, and termination
We may change or discontinue content or interrupt access for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. We may terminate permission to use the website for violations of these terms. You may stop using the website at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date; continued use is subject to the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
No warranties
The website, course, and downloads are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee accuracy, security, uninterrupted access, suitability for your needs, or particular results. You are responsible for assessing information and protecting your equipment and data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of or inability to use the website, course, downloads, or linked services, including lost profits, lost data, and indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from these terms is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding six months. These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company and its affiliates harmless from third-party claims, demands, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or unlawful conduct. The Company may select its own counsel and participate in its defense.
Governing law and dispute resolution
Subject to mandatory applicable law, New Jersey law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes directly. If unsuccessful, disputes are subject to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Camden County, New Jersey. The arbitrator may not add parties, certify a class, or award punitive damages, except where required by applicable law. Each party bears its own costs and fees except where applicable law requires otherwise. The parties waive a jury trial for claims subject to arbitration. Company intellectual-property claims may instead be brought in the state or federal courts serving Camden County, New Jersey, to whose jurisdiction the parties submit. Nothing here restricts a non-waivable right or remedy.
General provisions
These terms and the referenced policies constitute the agreement for use of this free website. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without our permission; the Company may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a business transfer. No partnership, agency, or joint venture is created. We are not responsible for failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law. Electronic communications are permitted.
